Billy was one of the greatest men I knew. My dad used to play bingo in Llano which is where I met Billy and his family. My son, Jason Smith, spent many hours at Billy’s home in Lone Grove with Kyle. I really missed them when they moved to Kemp but the family were always in my thoughts. Billy will be missed by all of my family. Thank you for always welcoming us into your home. Love to all of your family.
