Sure miss you but I think you are in Heaven looking down on us fools.
I believe your spirit and love lives forever and you have arrived to your final destination.
We have been immediate friends since Sept 1965 ish. Forty plus years. You were my connection to your sister Kay. We were best friends grades 1-5 then that transformation down 175 10 miles to Kemp.
Gosh the times & stories thru the years we shared.
What a good friend you were. You were always there. Folks outside of Kaufman County just aren't that funny. Nobody gets that but us!!
Thank you buddy for your friendship.
Miss you but you are in my heart.
See ya soon..Ray Ray !!

"I know your life
On earth was troubled
And only you could know the pain.
You weren't afraid to face the devil,
You were no stranger to the rain.

Oh, how we cried the day you left us
We gathered round your grave to grieve.

I wish I could see the angels faces
When they hear your sweet voice sing.
Go rest high on that mountain
Son, your work on earth is done.
Go to heaven a-shoutin'
Love for the Father and the Son."

Oh my dearest Ray... life can never be the same without you sir. Seeing your smiling face, hearing your gentle laughter and feeling the love in your hugs... I will miss those the most. You leave behind a group that will mourn for a while. A group that loved you as much as you loved them. One of a kind, I love you Ray.

Ray McGuire.. my dear friend.
Never ever have I been disappointed by seeing your smiling face. Always the same, even in stormy weathers.
Within my memory of good times, you were always involved.
You were my brother, as was Larry Cain; as was a few others.
God bless you . I loved you always.
You will be missed.❤️

I was so saddened and shocked to hear about Ray. We just take each passing day for granted. I thought, this can't be, Ray was apart of our daily life. He was always there where the gang was. Always smiling and adding his 2 cents worth. He loved to laugh and make the group laugh. He was a simple, fun loving guy who was very easy to love and will be hard to forget. His buddies will miss him greatly. A spoke is gone from their wheel of love and friendship. The circle is broken.
My sincere condolences to his family and close friends. My prayers are for us to be shown how to cope with this and how to help one another as we mourn.
May you now be resting in great peace Ray McGuire. I just hope you know how much you were loved.

Much love,
Kathy Anderson
