One of my favorite memories of miss Georgiabel was at my home, I invited all the Red Hatters to a formal dinner, set the table with my china , stem ware glasses, cloth napkins, everyone took their place at the dinner table, my husband and a friend of mine were the servers, they served our food and drinks, said our blessing then I said ok ladies lets eat, several of the ladies spoke up and said, Diann there's no silverware, I ask Ernest to please bring us a fork, he came in with a really nice basket passed out rubber gloves to everyone, you should have seen the looks on there faces, Miss Georgiable was the first one to say anything, she said we are not really gonna eat with rubber gloves are we? I said yes, she said I can't do that, I said well I guess you wont eat, but she was a real trooper and finished her meal laughing all the way through, by the way, we served spaghetti and meat balls. This was also a slumber party, the next morning Miss Georgiable told me that about 2 in the morning she had to use the bathroom, she said she got to thinking about dinner and started laughing so hard she was afraid she might wake the rest of the ladies. That was such a fun night, the next morning we all had a good laugh, that is one of the many memories I have of your loved one..
