I was there when Jimmy joined the church and later began to date my life time friend Flominda. I saw how much he loved our church and at their wedding saw how much he loved Flo. He fought a great fight to stay, but God in his tender mercy took him home. Flo it won't be long and we will all see our loved ones. May God bless you and give you the strength that you have had to call on before. Only by the grace of God can you get thru this.

I never saw Jimmy without a smile and I always looked forward to being greeted by him every Sunday morning. I will miss his smile and gentle laugh as he passed out butterscotch candy and shared jokes.
He will be missed greatly but the impact he left behind will be a testament to the kind of person he was and to the God he loved and served.

He will be forever in our hearts.

Uncle Jimmy was a joy to be around. I am one of Jimmys niece LINDA. We had a great relationship. When I was in Plano to visit my mom we would go to Kemp and spend the night with Uncle Jimmy and Flo. We would sit at the dining room table and played several games of train. We usually started playing when we got there. We would stop to eat lunch and get away from the table for a little. Those are some great memories that I will always have. I am sorry to see my uncle go but I know he is not hurting anymore and in a better place.
I will always Love you💕
