I am Mike's cousin and I always call he and Paul each year and now I learn that they are both gone.  I am stunned and so sorry.  I think of the original ten cousins only Dorothy's son and Ottis daughter (me) are the only ones left and I hate that.  Mike and I both worked for AT&T.  I miss him already.

Mike and I went through 12 years together. I could tell you so many stories. He had a great sense of humor. I always 3enjoyed his company. I will miss him. A dear friend.

Mike was a wonderful father in law. He welcomed me into the family 15 years ago with loving arms. Though we lived miles away he was a  loving and involved  Grandpa to our son always taking time to call or send cards and packages. When we would visit he would take Davis fishing and he helped him start his knife collection. We will cherish these memories forever .

Mike was a true friend to me and he was always kind to everyone and helped many of us any way he could.  This world has lost a special person.

My dad was truly one of the most caring and loving persons that I will ever know ! I could not have imagined a better father . I only hope to be half as much of a man as him ! He worked very hard , and long hours so that my brother and I had everything we needed and wanted . He also still managed to find time to take us fishing or bird hunting or whatever else we may want to do .We were spoiled to say the least ! He would always go above and beyond to help anyone in need . I will miss  most of all his his goofy comments and one liners ! It's going to be hard to deal with , but I take comfort knowing that he is where he has been longing to be for some time now . Keep your family close this Christmas and take nothing for granted !
