Varita "Frieda" Richard

Varita “Frieda” Richard was born December 13, 1926 in Dallas, Texas to parents Lewis and Lucy (Airhart) Howell and entered into eternal rest on July 27, 2017 at the age of 90. Frieda was a live wire who loved life, people, stray dogs and Margaritas. Her hobbies included spending money and traveling. Frieda was the Crazy Aunt everyone wants to have, because she always had a great time at whatever was going on. Frieda was a loving, caring lady who will be missed greatly by all who knew and loved her.

Frieda was preceded in death by her parents, sister Bobbie Fuller and brother Jimmy. Frieda also lost her loving husband for over 50 years, James R. Richard in 2013.

She is survived by niece Jana Murphy and Michael of Ferris, sister Maggie Coleman of Dallas, niece Debra Perkins and Louis of Ferris, niece Jacqua Graves of Ferris, other family members and many friends.
