I’m so sorry to read this. Tony was a beautiful high school friend. He was always funny and added so much to our St. Joe’s Class of ‘81. My thoughts and prayers to all his family and friends. RIP Tony.

I  was deeply saddened to learn of Anthony’s passing. He was such a kind and generous person, and his warmth and humor touched everyone who had the privilege to know him. 
Anthony was certainly a Great Professional Chef in our Buffalo culinary landscape. Anthony was the Chef that held it all together in the “trenches” and instructed younger cooks the  skills to succeed in  the frantic world of ala carte white table cloth restaurants and premier private events.  Chef Tony  could do all extremely well in his own robust, hilarious style that kept us on our toes and our responsibilities  for mis en place and  a sucessful daily service. 

Chef Tony instilled and expected the highest standards ALWAYS !
Quality and consistency were on his daily “front burner” no matter ! 

I can only imagine how great your loss must be, especially for you, his mother, and for the whole family who shared such a close bond. Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with all of you during this difficult time.

May the love of your family and friends bring you comfort, and may 
Anthony’s memory continue to live on in our  hearts and prayers.
He is at Peace with his beloved father Franklin in Christ’s Kingdom of Heaven.

I just wanna take this time to express my deepest condolences to the whole family, especially that gorgeous lil grandson he was so very proud of having! He showed every person who would look a picture of his grandson!💖  Tony was more than a co worker to me he was a genuine friend that I'll cherish and miss forever!! He was so kind to my whole family and showed them unconditional love and that's why his passing hurt me to the core! He gave me fatherly advice and tried to help me with my patience and how I handled things! I've worked beside him for last few years and all I'm going to say is he was a special person to me and everyone he came in contact with!! You're going to be missed big guy by a lot of people especially ME! I love you and until we meet again rest peacefully my friend🥺🙏🏽 as he would say WHHHAAAAAAA🥰

My condolences to the whole family with the passing of Tony. Especially to his mother, wife, children and grandson who he just adored. I had the pleasure of working under Tony at Lanova pizzeria for many years. He and I bonded over the love of cooking, he gave me amazing advice to further my culinary career after finding out I attended culinary school with the dream of hopefully becoming a chef and owning my own business one day. These are memories I will cherish forever. I respected him as a boss, mentor and friend. Gone but never forgotten. Rest easy ✝️
