Steve & I are so sorry to hear of the heartbreaking loss your family has suffered. We have very fond memories of fun and friendship with Betty from 40+ years ago, including her helping Steve to pick out the first ring he ever gave me back in high school. Sending you our love and heartfelt condolences, and though we haven't stayed in touch over the years, we will always remember Betty.

This picture was in my Facebook memories on Thanksgiving. I sent it to Jamie and she said that it was one of her favorite pictures of her and her mom together. This is how I will always remember Betty. Her smile always lot up the room. Whenever I spent time with Jamie on Fernwood, Betty always made me feel like I was one of the family and right at home. To the Miskines and Leiser families, I am deeply sorry for your loss. You are all in my prayers.

Dearest Leiser, Miskines family,

Our childhood was spent on you family's porch playing "Pies" with your beautiful Mother. I can hear your father calling you to come in, the street lights are on. We were a neighborhood family. All of us.
Just recently, after 40+ years, we reunited. I am in awe of your large loving family and the fun you all have together often. Betty showed a lot of spunk and humor, just like your mom. You all brought me back to those days. The street lights are on. Dad and Mom are calling. Betty went home.
I love you all. My heart aches with you.
Love, Janet
