I knew Jan at the Amherst Museum many years ago.  I enjoyed working on Amherst Museum Quilters Guild publicity with her help and great expertise.  She arranged for many interesting articles.  I also enjoyed making a pieced, quilted cummerbund for Bud to wear with his tux.  It was red, white and black, and he looked very handsome in it. They will both be sorely missed.  Linda Hunter
