(Cindy) Chamberlain, Jeffrey (Christine) Chamberlain, Timothy (Beverly) Chamberlain and Lynne (Jeff) Hochmuth; cherished grandmother of Courtney, Taylor, Derrick and Emily Chamberlain, Elizabeth Holmes and Owen Hochmuth; adored great-grandmother of five.
