My heartfelt sorrows and condolences to the Murrett Family. Your Father was one of the great and legendary ( in our minds) of the Lakeshore Dads. Fond memories of our school days at OLPH, commuting to Buffalo, and hanging out with his family at Wanakah; be it golf, swimming or fireworks!
In spite of the passing years and the distance apart, his family will always be dear to me. Thank you Peter Murret for being a part of our lives and creating life- long memories. So happy you lived a long an fruitful life.
May God hold you in the palm of his hands.

My heart goes out to all the Murretts who will miss him everyday. I think he was one of the nicest men I've ever met. Always kind thoughtful and unassuming; he was a pleasure to talk with. I admired his accomplishments. I had the fun of going to a few baseball games with him but the most fun was watching how the waitresses fawned all over him. He was a great patriarch. I will miss him too.

We're all very sad and we want to share with you your deep grief.
We'll always keep good memories of "Grand dad "as we called him too and we are happy and feel lucky to have met him. We had a special moment with him when he drove us through Buffalo showing us the places he lived when he was young .
We can't forget him. For sure.
All the best to you and your family and all our best loving thoughts. Christmas will certainly be felt differently this year with grand dad missing but his great grand children are proof that life goes on .....
love

Peter and I traveled to Washington DC several times as he followed Bob's military career. He was a pleasure to travel with.

We spent many a Sunday morning at SPoT Coffee reminiscing and sharing what was happening with both branches of the family. Peter's order never changed: a tall house coffee and a croissant.
