We were neighbors on Nassau Avenue and knew Billy since he was a teenager. Billy was always a very polite, respectful, helpful young man. He sold me a manual lawnmower when I moved to Hamilton and cut my lawn. I am so very sorry to hear of his passing. My thoughts and prayers are with the family at this very sad time.
