Alyssa was a devoted mother, daughter, sister, aunt, and skilled nurse practitioner. She was hardworking, talented, funny, generous, and loved spending time with her family. Those who knew her will remember her quick sense of humor, her love of traveling, and making memories with all of her family.
Her daughter, Macie, was the greatest joy of Alyssa’s life. She loved being Macie’s mom and was deeply proud of her and all her accomplishments.
Alyssa worked as a Nurse Practitioner at Pro Healthcare, and was recently promoted to Director of Medical Services. She was respected by her coworkers and appreciated by her patients. She cared deeply for them and was instantly committed to anyone placed in her care. The dedication and compassion she brought to this earth will live on through the many lives she touched. She often went above and beyond to help others and was known for the thoughtful care she gave. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Reinhardt University and later received her Master of Science in Nursing from St. Thomas University.
Alyssa’s faith in God was a very important part of her life. She was dedicated to Jesus on October 19th, 1986 and was baptized as a teenager at River of Life Church in Kansas City. She attended Sojourn Church, where she volunteered in the three-year-old classroom and loved spending time with the children.
One of her favorite passions was the artistry of make-up. She loved trying different kinds and styles. She also enjoyed watching movies, playing games with her family, spending time with her beloved dog, Riley, who passed away three years ago, and talking with her best friend Amanda.
Alyssa is survived by her daughter, Macie Debner; her parents, Dale and Kathy Debner; her sister Bethany, and brother-in-law, Tim Harman; her nephew, Luke Harman; and her nieces, Eleanor Harman and Clara Harman.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Lawrence and Alice Debner and Helen Nichols, and by her beloved dog, Riley.

We miss her dearly, but we know she is in the loving arms of her Savior, Jesus Christ. We look forward to seeing her again face to face when we, too, go home to be with Jesus.
