Anita was my classmate in Kolkata, India where we learnt computer science. She was a fun, carefree and energetic person. She invited the whole class to her parent’s place where we made memories that we recount even after 30 years. We reconnected after 25 years thanks to the social media and stayed in touch mostly because of her initiatives. 
I will remember her as a person who tried to make a difference to those who are less fortunate. Making this world a better place for all was her dream. She loved her family and fondly shared their stories while hiding her own illness from friends. A good soul lost too soon.  
My sincere condolence to Rentz family. May her soul rest in peace.
