Braylen is survived by his twin brother, Brantley Marius Weems; his other siblings, Brittany Cash, Kaila Ballenger, Davian Weems; maternal grandparents, Mary and Bill Conlin; paternal grandparents, Doug Weems and Gloria Burchette; maternal great grandparents, Bill and Lorraine Conlin and Joan Monahan; paternal great grandparents, Donald and Lydia Weems; aunts, uncles, cousins.
Funeral services will be held Sunday June 30 at 3 PM in the chapel of Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home
The family will receive friends Saturday June 29 between the hours of 6 until 8 PM at the funeral home.
The family has asked that everyone attending the visitation and service please not wear mournful colors, because Braylen is in a happier place.
