Carol Sue Kidd

Carol was a lifelong resident of Acworth. She was a graduate of North Cobb High School. Carol had a beautiful voice and loved to sing. She was also an elder at Acworth Presbyterian Church. Carol was a twenty one year employee of Blue Cross and for the past seven and a half years with Sleep Med of Kennesaw.

Mrs. Kidd was preceded in death by her father, John W. Ragsdale, her maternal grandparents, Rev. and Mrs. Claude Reeves and paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Tom Ragsdale.

Carol is survived by her husband, Robert (Bob) Kidd of Acworth, her mother Carolyn Reeves Will and stepfather, Norman Wills of Dallas, Georgia. Many other loving family members also survive.

Funeral services will be held 3:00p.m., Sunday, February 16, 2014 at Acworth Presbyterian Church with Rev. Bill Lowry and Rev. Gregory Moore officiating, Mrs. Carol will lie in state from 2:00p.m. until the time of the service. The family will be receiving friends Saturday, February 15, 2014 from 4:00p.m. until 9:00p.m. at Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home in Kennesaw. Interment services will take place at Pine Ridge Memorial Park Cemetery in Kennesaw. Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home has charge of services for Mrs. Carol Sue Ragsdale Kidd.
