Mr. Charles John Lentz, 64, of Kennesaw, GA. passed away Monday February 7, 2011. Funeral Mass will be held Monday February 14, 2011 at 10:30 am at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church, Kennesaw, Ga. with Father John Matejek officiating. Burial will follow in the Georgia National Cemetery at 2 pm Monday February 14, 2011.
Mr. Lentz was a native of Queens, New York and a U.S. Marine Corps veteran. He made his career in aviation, most recently with Delta Airlines. His passion for baseball and his sons lead him into coaching for many years in Cobb County.
