Mr. Charles Bruce Shephard, age 67, passed away on February 13, 2014. Funeral services will be held at 11:00am on Wednesday, February 19, 2014 from the chapel of Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home with Rev. Mike Maxwell officiating. The burial will follow at Georgia National Cemetery; Canton, Georgia Monday February 24, 2014 at 12:00 pm .The family will receive friends on Tuesday, February 18, 2014 from 6-9pm at Winkenhofer Funeral Pine Ridge Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.
Mr. Shephard grew up on Lake Michigan. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and watching movies. He also loved spending time with his grandchildren. Mr. Shephard owned CB Shephard Plumbing and loved his work. Mr. Shephard was also a Marine Corp veteran and served our country in Vietnam.
Mr. Shephard is survived by his wife, Mellisa G. Shephard; Sons, Zachary Ryan Shephard, and Cory James Callaway; Daughters, Jennifer Callaway and husband( David) Ramos, and Kristin and husband ( Michael) Nation, Grandchildren, Jacob and Jordyn Ramos, and Kaylee, Noah, and Maddox Nation; Ex-wife, Catherine Callaway
