Christy Hancock Hall, age 53 passed away on Saturday, March 16, 2024. She was born in Rome, Georgia to Frank and Bobbie Hancock. Christy was gifted with the talent of teaching and was retired from the Paulding County School District. Christy and her family enjoyed spending their summers in Northern Maine, where time with family was second only to her time with God. She was an amazing woman of faith that was an inspiration to many as she fought this terrible disease with a smile of hope.
Christy will be remembered by so many as a devoted wife, mother, daughter, and sister as well as someone who loved her family unconditionally.
Christy is survived by her husband, John Hall; her daughters Katie Hall Nicholson (Connor), and Emilie Hall (Logan Jackson); and her son Will Hall; her parents Bobbie and Frank Hancock; her brothers Glenn Hancock (Elizabeth), Gregg Hancock (Janet), and Rusten Hancock (Nicole). She is also survived by her beloved black lab Houlton Hall.
A visitation for Christy will be held Wednesday, March 20, 2024 from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm at Cedarcrest Church, 4600 Cobb Pkwy NW, Acworth, GA 30101. Following the visitation will be the funeral at 5:00 pm.
