Craig Weems

Craig had four beautiful children, Kaila, Davian, and his twin boys, Brantley and Braylen. His kids meant the world to him and he would show it to them whether it was spending time with them for school work or showing them how to wrestle like the UFC fighters.

Craig had eclectic tastes and loved all types of music and food. He enjoyed motorcycles and rooting for his favorite team, Alabama - Roll Tide!

Craig is preceded in death by his son, Braylen Weems; mother, Gloria Ellison Weems; and maternal grandparents, Howard and Ruth Ellison. He is survived by his father, Doug Weems; his children's mother, Kelly DiMattesa; daughter, Kaila Ballenger; sons, Davian Weems and Brantley Weems; sister, Erica Weems; niece, Elizabeth Faulkner; nephew, Isaiah Horne; and paternal grandparents, Don and Lydia Weems.

Craig's family will receive friends on Wednesday, June 8, 2016 from 3:00 PM until 6:00 PM at Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life will follow the visitation at 6:00 PM in the funeral home's chapel with Pastor Robert Ledbetter officiating. Craig will be cremated following the services under the care of Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home.

The family requests that everyone wear Alabama colors (crimson and white) to his service on Wednesday in Craig's honor. The family also requests that in lieu of flowers, please make donations directly to his funeral services by contacting Winkenhofer at (770) 422-7299.
