

Denise lived most of her adult life in Marietta, Georgia, where she built a life centered around family, service, and resilience. She earned her associate degree from DeVry University and was a devoted volunteer with St. Vincent de Paul, giving her time and care to help others in need.
Denise was married for 37 years to the love of her life, Carl Baker, until his passing. She was also a dedicated caregiver to her father and mother, Raymond and Helena, and took great pride in caring for her family. Spending time with her loved ones brought her the greatest joy, especially during cherished family vacations to Florida. Though life was not always easy for Denise, she faced her challenges with strength and perseverance.
She is survived by her father, Raymond Lavoie; her daughter, Breanna Reardon; her sons, William Frazier, Shane Baker, Carlton Baker, and Christopher Curtis; her stepchildren, Wendy Byrd, Penny Baker, and Marci Jones (Derrick); her grandchildren, Amber Phillips (Nick), Angel Byrd, Savanna Olson, Eva Olson, Aliceson Byrd, Max Baker, Alton Byrd, Drake Jones, and Colton Jones; and three great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Carl Baker, and her mother, Helena Lavoie.
