Enrique was intelligent and charismatic, one in a million. That is obvious from the many posts on here. I will never ever forget you.

Enrique Delos Reyes is brave and willing to fight for what is right, but at the same time he is kind. He even visits us, his relatives, at the Philippines every once in awhile. I never would have guessed that his time would end at such a young age. There is still a lot of good things he could have done.

It comes with great pain as I try to accept the facts that you are gone and that I am unable to go see you one last time at your funeral. Your last visit was enjoyable maybe because even though I was not able to keep up with some of the many things you want to do, you didn't get mad. I'll always remember how kind you are EJ and thank you for all the good memories. Wherever you are right now I'm sure no one wants you to be sad, We all hope you're happily at peace.

A rosary, that was EJ's last gift to me in December 2013.  It  was his last Christmas  with us here in Manila.  Now I am holding on to that rosary and praying to God to give his family strength during this difficult time...give them comfort.  I pray that your soul may rest in peace in the arms of our Father. It's been said that it's not the years in your life that count, it's the life in your years. I have always been proud of you EJ, for being one of the very few people I know who are brave enough to live their lives to the fullest each day, and never let anyone run it for them. I can't believe I'm saying this but, I'll miss how you run into my room every morning to throw stuff at me to wake me up haha. I wish we had more time, but I'll cherish every moment we had together. My boyfriend and I met Enrique when he worked at Zaxbys. He was so sweet and caring. He actually was the only person that came to help me when my car broke down. To make someone laugh,
Rique and I met through a mutual friend we had. The first time I met him I did not realize that we would date later on (our relationship, thankfully, ended on good terms). He would take me to his favorite restaurants and jokingly tell me how I had been eating food wrong my entire life. We went to a Japanese restaurant in Woodstock once and I had ordered the Sweet and Sour Chicken and he informed me that I was eating my rice (to which I just told him that it worked for me) wrong because I was using a spoon instead of chopsticks. It is still hard to believe that the boy who cared so much about others and just wanted to make his life better is gone. He was a kind soul and I can only pray for peace for his parents as well as other relatives.

It was on May 21st when i heard the news and until now i can't believe it and still in blues. I find myself wishing it wasn't true. Everytime i am thinking about it, pain is only i can feel; but my heart tells me you'll always be here. I still remember the times that we pillow fight.
