She devoted her life as a homemaker and enjoyed participating in church activities such as WMU, Bible school, and teaching Sunday school. Esther was a faithful member of Kennesaw First Baptist for many years before her passing. She loved Psalm 23, and her favorite hymn was What a Friend We have in Jesus. Esther enjoyed gardening, and she was an immaculate seamstress. Her greatest joy was spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Esther was preceded in death by her brother Ervin (Ruth), her son in law William (Boo) Fitch, and her husband William Talmadge Hester, after 64 years of marriage.
Esther has 3 children: Barbara Hester, Sharon Wright (Jimmy) and Sandra Fitch; 5 grandchildren: Jared Wright (Alexandra), Alicia Riley (Peyton), Matt,Mason and Lauren Fitch, and 3 great grandchildren: Harper, Hadley and Walker Riley.
