Floyd enjoyed cooking and even had his own recipe for a home town favorite BBQ sauce, enjoyed cars, and riding his lawn mower.
Floyd leaves his loving and devoted wife of 40 years; Pamela Millsapp, and a loving son; Chad Millsapp to cherish his memories. He is preceded in death by both of his parents; Marion and Elizabeth Millsapp and his son Brandon Millsapp.
