

Frank Joseph Lottinger III, born on August 31, 1940, passed away on November 6, 2025, at the age of 85. A resident of Acworth, Georgia, Frank was known for his adventurous spirit, faithful nature, and hard-working demeanor.
Frank started his education at LSU but soon after joined the Navy. He later completed his bachelor degree at St. Leo University. His career was marked by distinguished service in the Navy, where he retired with the rank of E8.
He was married for 62 years to his beloved spouse,Lorraine, whom he met at a grocery store where they both worked.
Frank had a passion for golf, fishing, and hunting. He cherished spending time with his family and enjoyed watching football and westerns. A devoted fan, he supported the Braves, LSU, and the Saints. His love for travel was well known among those who knew him.
For 25 years, Frank and his family were active members of the Mableton Christian Church, where they were involved in their community. Frank Joseph Lottinger III will be remembered for his dedication to his family, his community, and his adventurous life.
Frank is survived by his wife, Lorraine Lottinger, sons, Stephen Lottinger (Amy), and David Lottinger, daughter; Kristen Greene (Thomas), sisters; Joan Edwards and Jeanne Boudreaux, grandchildren; Chesna Greene, Maslyn Franklin (Charles), and David Lottinger Jr. (Annie), great grandchildren; Sophie Lottinger, Parker Lottinger, and Thomas Franklin.
Frank is preceded in death by his parents; Frank Lottinger II and Margaret Lottinger, and sister; Mary Dummet.

A visitation will be held at Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home, located at 2950 North Cobb Pkwy, Kennesaw, GA 30152, on November 11, 2025, from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm.
The funeral service will follow at the same location on November 11, 2025, starting at 2:00 pm.
