He was a veteran of WWII having served in the U.S. Navy and was retired with 35 years of Civil Service at Dobbins Air Reserve Base.
Survived by his wife of 72 years, Louise Maloney, sons, F. Marvin Maloney, Todd Maloney; daughters, Diane Arnold, Gayle Lee; 5 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and 7 great great grandchildren; niece and nephew, Sandra and Gary Washington.
Funeral services will be held Thursday May 22 at 11 AM in the chapel of Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home with Rev. Chuck Vanzant and Todd Maloney officiating. Interment will follow at Pine Ridge Memorial Park.
The family will receive friend between the hours of 5 until 7 PM Wednesday at the funeral home.
