He was veteran of the U. S. Navy and was retired from the City of New York Transit Authority as a Bus Driver. He was an avid racing pigeon flyer and loved to ride his Harley.
Mr. Wagner is survived by his wife of 32 years, Ruth Wagner; children, Patty and her husband, Tommy, Fred and Josephine, Craig and Veronica, Robert and Judy, Gerard and Juanita; 13 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild; sisters, Jeanette, Loretta and Sonny; nephews.
Funeral services will be held Thursday April 23 at 10:30 AM at St. Catherine of Siena Roman Catholic Church. Interment will follow in Georgia National Cemetery with the U.S. Navy providing honors.
The family will receive friends between the hours of 2 until 4 and 6 until 8 PM at the funeral home.
