Geraldine Marie Barton

Geraldine Barton of Kennesaw, GA passed away peacefully in her home on July 15, 2022. She was born on December 23, 1928 to the late Adrian and Emma Fults in Crystal City, Missouri. Geraldine was united in Marriage to Donald Keith Barton who preceded her in death on January 1, 1976, as did her eldest son, David Lynn Barton on February 22, 2021.

She is survived by her daughter and endless caregiver, Barbara Ann Barton of Kennesaw, GA and son, William Keith (Lana) Barton of Acworth, GA, her grandchildren; T.J. Hill (Jennifer) of Cary, NC, Donnie Keith Hill (Laura) of Seneca, SC, Brett Blackwell (Sydney) of Kennesaw, GA, and Bonnie Barnes-Duke of Dallas, GA. Nine great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren also survive to cherish Geraldine's memory.

The family will receive friends at Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home on Tuesday, July 19, 2022 from six until eight in the evening.

A graveside service for Geraldine will be conducted at Kennesaw Memorial Park on Wednesday, July 20 at ten o'clock in the morning.

Winkenhofer Pine Ridge is honored to serve the family in this most difficult of times.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Geraldine's name may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or Saint Catherine of Sienna Catholic Church.
