Jack Donald Parker

Jack Donald Parker, age 85, of Acworth, Georgia, passed away on Thursday, February 1, 2018. Jack was born in Atlanta, Georgia on June 30, 1932 to the late Willie Mae Parker and Robert Eli Parker. He served in the United State Air Force from 1951 to 1973 and retired as a Tech Sergeant.

Jack served as a past commander at Veterans of Foreign Wars and was an electrician by trade. He was married to the love of his life, Annie "Marie" for sixty two years and enjoyed spending quality time with her and his family. Jack also had a shop in his basement and enjoyed making puzzles and knick-knacks.

Jack is survived by; sons: James "Speedy" Robert Parker; Schertz, Texas Donald LaRoc Parker; White, Georgia, Michael Edward Parker; Dallas, Georgia and daughter Delores "DeeDee" Anne Hicks, Acworth, Georgia.

Jack was preceded in death by his wife Annie "Marie" Parker; father Robert Eli Parker and mother Willie Mae Parker.

A visitation for Jack will be held Sunday, February 4, 2018 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Winkenhofer Pine Ridge, 2950 Cobb Parkway North, Kennesaw, Georgia 30152. A funeral service will occur Sunday, February 4, 2018 at 2:00 PM at Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home, 2950 Cobb Parkway North, Kennesaw, Georgia 30152. A burial will occur Sunday, February 4, 2018 at Pine Ridge Memorial Park, 2950 Cobb Parkway North, Kennesaw, Georgia 30152. A burial will occur at Pineridge Memorial Park, 2950 North Cobb Pkwy, Kennesaw, Georgia 30152.
