

At the age of 23, Jacques left Haiti in search of new opportunities and a brighter future. In 1979, he relocated to Canada, where he lived until 1983. He later moved to the United States, settling in New Jersey at the age of 27 to reunite with his father and brothers.
In July of 1984, Jacques met the love of his life, Linda Pierre, at her aunt’s home in Brooklyn, New York. From that moment forward, they built a bond rooted in love, devotion, and friendship. Their relationship blossomed into a lifelong partnership, and together they created a beautiful family and shared countless cherished memories.
In September of 1999, Jacques and his family made Kennesaw, Georgia their home. He was a devoted husband, loving father, proud grandfather, caring brother, uncle, and friend. His life was defined by his unwavering dedication to his family, his strong work ethic, and his generous spirit.
In November 2016, Jacques underwent heart bypass surgery. Although his health challenges continued in the years that followed, he faced them with courage, resilience, and determination. Through countless doctor visits and treatments, he remained steadfast in his desire to enjoy life and spend precious time with those he loved.
On Friday, June 12, 2026, Jacques peacefully transitioned from this life while resting in his home. He was 69 years old.
Jacques leaves to cherish his memory of his beloved wife, Linda Pierre; his children, Kevin Garcon (Nikkiey Garcon), Malcolm Garcon, Jessica Garcon, Michael Garcon, and Stephanie Garcon; and his treasured grandchildren, Wyatt Garcon, Ariana Garcon, and Sophia Garcon. He also leaves to cherish his memory, his mother- in law, Anite Pierre, his sister- in law, Rose Pierre Jonathas, Ruth Pierre, Edith Martine Garcon, Carmelle Casimir Garcon, Irvelle Garcon brother- in law, Peter Jean Baptiste, Esau Pierre.
He is also survived by his siblings: Serge Garcon, Patrick Garcon, Marie Claude Garcon, Marise Garcon, and Anne Carine Garcon. He was preceded in death by his brothers Frantz Garcon, Jean Claude Garcon, and sister Paul Andre.

Jacques touched countless lives through his kindness, wisdom, generosity, and unwavering love for his family. His gentle spirit, warm smile, and caring heart left a lasting impression on everyone fortunate enough to know him.
Though his earthly journey came to an end on June 12, 2026, his legacy of love, strength, faith, and devotion will continue to live on through the lives he touched and the family he cherished.
He will be deeply missed, forever loved, and always remembered.
