Joan Elefante of Kennesaw, GA passed away on March 25th, 2012. Joan Elefante will forever be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother daughter, sister, teacher, and woman of faith. She is survived by husband Bob Elefante of Kennesaw, daughters Christine McKenzie of Smyrna, GA and her husband Scott, and Sharon Ford of Coppell, TX, and her husband Brad, Grandchildren Cade McKenzie and Brennan Ford, mother Alice Trevithick of Ormond Beach, FL, siblings Carolyn Krieger of Tallahassee, FL, Anne Shinners of Lutz, FL, Liz Trevithick of Palm Beach Gardens, FL, Tom Trevithick of Daytona Beach, FL, and Susie Wilderman of Acworth, GA.
The Family will be receiving visitors at Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home in Kennesaw, GA on Tuesday March 27th, 2012 from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm. A funeral mass will be held at Transfiguration Catholic Church in Marietta, GA on Wednesday March 28th, 2012 at 2:00 pm.
