

Mr. Clardy was happily married to Dorothy for 52 years. He was a family man who was a devoted supporter of his granddaughter’s volleyball team and grandson’s baseball team. John had a vast coin collection and loved sports. His favorite sports team was the Dallas Cowboys. John will always be remembered as a loving husband, father, and grandfather.
John Clardy is survived by his wife Dorothy Ann Clardy of Kennesaw; Son Gregory Alan Clardy and his wife Kelly of Alpharetta; Daughter Sherri Means and her husband Ed of Kennesaw; Brother Dennis Clardy and his wife Katherine of Idaho; Grandson Joshua Andrew Means and his wife Nikki of Loganville; Granddaughter Cassidy Elizabeth Means; and great grandson on the way, Lincoln Harper Means.
A Memorial Serve to honor the life of John Clardy will be held at three o’clock in the afternoon on Saturday, December 3rd 2016 at St. Andrew United Methodist Church in Marietta, GA., with Pastor Mack Riley and Reverend Terry Phillips officiating.
