John is survived by his wife, Barbara Leslie; son Adam (Candie) Leslie; and daughter Beverly (Matt) Rhodes; sister Lorena Holt, sister Virginia Allen and sister Suzie Leslie; grandson Nathan Rhodes, granddaughter Ava Rhodes and granddaughter Isabel Leslie.
John was a longtime member of Kennesaw First Baptist Church, he and Barbara have been married for 47 years during which time he made his living as a self-employed Entrepreneur. John will be remembered by family and friends as a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, and loyal friend.
A visitation for John will be held Saturday, November 10, 2018 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at Kennesaw First Baptist Church, 2958 N. Main St, Kennesaw, GA, followed by a memorial service at 11:00 am.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in John's memory may be made to Kennesaw First Baptist Church, 2958 N. Main Street, Kennesaw, Georgia.
