Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to Anthony and Mary Lagano in 1926. Joe was an entertainer throughout Atlanta, Huntsville, and Las Vegas. He enjoyed playing and singing a variety of music along with Big Band music. He toured with other stars like Jane Mansfield, Little Richard and The Rat Pack. He was named entertainer of the year in Atlanta for many years in the 70’s and 80’s. He bowled two 300 games and was a regular at Azalea and Marietta Lanes. He was preceded in death by the love of his life Janice Twilley Lagano, who he met at Steak and Trumpet Club while performing. He enjoyed spending time with his family.

A Celebration of Joe’s life will be held 11 am Monday at Sanctuary Church in Kennesaw with Rev. Craig Bowler officiating. Interment will follow at Paulding Memorial garden. Family will receive friends from 1 till 4 and 6 till 8 pm at Winkenhofer pine Ridge Funeral Home in Kennesaw, Georgia,
