She preceded in death by her parents, Thomas and Dorothy Tyler Kelly; brother, Donald Kelly; sister, Louise Cipolla;
Survived by her loving husband of 63 years, Ralph (Bud) Baxter; son, John Baxter; daughter, Diane Dodd; four grandchildren, five great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday September 24 at 11 AM in the chapel of Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home with Rev Robert Ledbetter officiating. Interment will follow in the Honor Section of Pine Ridge Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends between the hours of 4 until 8 PM Monday at the funeral home.
