Katherine M. Jenkins Soi, age 84 of Acworth, GA passed away at her home on November 4, 2023. She was a loving wife and stay at home Mother. She was a member of Grace Baptist Church in Roswell, GA. Katherine was preceded in death by her husband, Richard “Leo” Soi, Sr. and her parents, Charles Jenkins and Sarah Mc Ginnis Jenkins, Five sisters and one brother. She is survived by her Son, Richard “Ricky” Leo Soi, Jr., daughter, Susan L Soi, Granddaughter, Heather D. Soi, Grandson, David “Doug” Soi, Great Grandson, Braiden Leo Soi, Special son, Chris Woodall and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Wednesday, November 8, 5 PM until 8 PM, Funeral services will be held on Thursday, November 9, 2023 in the Chapel of Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home, with interment to follow in Pine Ridge Memorial Park.
