Kathy Payne Hogan, age 59, of Kennesaw, Georgia passed away on Sunday, March 6, 2022. Kathy was born June 7, 1962 in Marietta, Georgia. Kathy is survived by her husband, William Stephen Hogan and her daughter Katie Hogan. Kathy was very proud of her daughter and felt very blessed to be the mother of such a precious, caring and tinder hearted daughter.
Kathy was a longtime employee with Wellstar as a Sonographer in the OB/GYN department. In her spare time, Kathy enjoyed walking on the beach as well as the mountains but her passion was helping others in their time of need. Kathy’s spirit was loved by all who knew her. She was proud to be a child of God and cherished the word of God. She was a member of Greers Chapel Baptist Church and her memory will be cherished by all who knew her.
The family will be receiving family and friends at Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home in Kennesaw on Tuesday, March 15, from 6-9pm. A Chapel service will be held Wednesday at 3pm. Kathy will be laid to rest in Pineridge Memorial Park.
