Kenneth Dean Glover

Kenneth Dean Glover “Cokey” was born January 2, 1952, in Cumming, Georgia to the union of Father, William Ethan Glover, and mother Wilmer Irene Pittman Glover. Dad departed this life Sunday, September 9, 2024 at his home in Fairmount, Georgia surrounded by family and friends.

He was a loving and loyal father, grandfather, uncle, and friend to many. He spend many years in wood working first for the family owned business-Glover Fence Company, and then later working for Chipmunk Creations. Dad’s favorite pastime and hobby was mechanic work, specifically he loved working on lawn mowers. In his later years as his health declined, he was blessed to have friends and family who were able to work together to make it possible for him to continue living in the comfort of his own home in his final days.

He is survived by one son, Michael Dean Glover (Karla), and one daughter, Deanna McComb Glover Bouldin (Shane), three grandsons, Bradley Bryan (son of Michael), Maddox Dean Bouldin, and Mason Dean Bouldin, two brothers, Johnnie Carrol Glover (Judy), and William Rayburn Glover (Joyce).

He was preceded in death by parents, William Ethan Glover and Wilmer Pittman Glover; brothers, Alton Truette Glover and Ricky Lamar Glover; sisters, Linda Camp, and Jeanette Rucker.

A graveside service will be held Friday, September 13, 2024 at Green Lawn Cemetery in Roswell, Georgia, Winkenhofer Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
