He is survived by his son, Maurice (Emerita) Grey and his three grandchildren Maurice Jr., Silvia & Morgan Grey; Siblings Frank (Elaine) Grey, Donovan (Donna) Grey, Margaret Grey & Sylvern Gundlah and many nieces and nephews.
Leighton was preceded in death by his wife, Elaine M Grey; and parents, Frank L. A. Grey and Veta L. Grey and his sisters, Gloria Grey, Audrey Thompson and Marcia Hudson.
A visitation will be held Friday, August 5th, 2022 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home located at 2950 Cobb Parkway, Kennesaw, GA 30152. A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, August 6th, 2022 at 11:00 AM at Acworth United Methodist Church located at 4340 Collins Circle n Acworth, GA. Burial will follow on Saturday, August 6th, 2022 at Pine Ridge Memorial Park.
