

Lobban in Brooklyn, NY. She attended and graduated Tilden High School
where she was a cheerleader. She graduated from Oswego State
University with her bachelor’s degree in history and was a member of the
symphonic choir.
Linda began her career in the insurance industry with Travelers Insurance
before moving and working at CNA Insurance for over 20 years. In 2018,
she retired as Senior VP of Claims and Medical Management for
Builder’s Insurance Company. Over the course of her career, she received
numerous awards and accolades for her accomplishments.
Linda was extremely passionate about working with the Georgia Center
for Child Advocacy where she served as board chair, as a board member
and a committee member of Friends of GCCA for several years. She loved
her fur babies (Brownie and Belle), and adored her grandchildren, and
niece. For relaxation she loved to travel, golf, read, and watch HGTV.
Linda was a faithful member of St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in Atlanta,
where she was a devoted member of the Ambassadors and a lead usher.
In addition to her parents, she was proceeded in death by her Grandmother
Rose Aiken.

Colorado Springs, Colorado; Grandson Cameron; Granddaughters
Kennedi, Camille and Sydney; and her adoring and loving
Great-Aunt Evelyn Carter, Stepmother Ruth Wilson - Brooklyn, NY;
Stepfather Denis Lobban – Boca Raton, Florida; Sisters Jacqueline
Wiggins-Dawson Monroe, NJ; LaChrisa Wiggins-Osborne - Brooklyn,
NY; one Niece Kayla Osborne- Brooklyn, NY. Her Godson
D’onta Rheams – Flossmoor, Il; Daughter of her heart Corri Coble-Patilla
– Dacula, Georgia and her “Little Sister” Arletta “Lett” Morant –
Riverdale, Georgia.
She will also be deeply missed by a host of loving aunts, uncles, cousins, bonus sons,
daughters, grandchildren, and friends.
