Louise J. Burdine, 81, of Acworth, passed away, Monday, March 7, 2011. Funeral service will be held Friday, March 11, 2011 at Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home in Kennesaw beginning at 3pm with Pastor Jeff and Barbara Baer officiating. Burial will follow at Pine Ridge Memorial Park in Kennesaw.
The daughter of the late W.H. and Elizabeth Garrison, Mrs. Burdine was born in Monroe, Ga. She was a homemaker and had been married to Walter Glenn Burdine for 54 years. They were blessed with two children, son - Barry and his wife Carol Burdine, and a daughter - Sheila and her husband Jim Millsap. Later on came their wonderful grandchildren, Melissa, Jessica and Wesley Millsap. Also surviving Mrs. Burdine are two brothers - David and W.J. Garrison.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, March 10, 2011 from 6pm-9pm at the funeral home. Winkenhofer Pine Ridge is in charge of arrangements.
