Jeanie came from a large family, being the youngest of nine children. On February 14, 1979, Jeanie met her late husband, Donald Johnson and they were together for two months before getting married. They spent the next 40 years together before his passing in 2018. Jeanie enjoyed life to it's fullest. She loved to socialize and go out to eat with Don. Her favorite restaurant was Cracker Barrel. She fully enjoyed their time they spent out together. Her favorite color was pink and she loved to see it from the ceiling to the floor. Jeanie liked to make people laugh and put a smile on your face. She would give anything she could to help anyone out in the time of need. Jeanie was also an incredible cook and always added an extra ingredient of love.
Along with her parents and husband, Jeanie is preceded in death by brothers, Ralph Kiser, Buddy Kiser and Jimmy Kiser; sisters, Louellen Boyd; and brother in laws, Bennett Coleman, Johnny Sanders and Richard Boyd.
Jeanie is survived by her daughters, Donna Jean Johnson and Gina "Shelly" Carringer; brothers, Johnny (Chris) Kiser and Hoover Kiser; sisters, Georganna Coleman and Audrey Sanders; sister in law, Vivian Wynn; and grandchildren, Terry Alan Carringer and Jonah Eric Bassett.
