Margaret "Peggy" Ann Prestia, age 89 passed away on Friday, April 21, 2023. Peggy is survived by her husband of 65 years, John "Jack" V. Prestia; her daughter Mary Lieta Henderson (Mark); her daughter Paula Prestia; her son Jack Prestia, Jr. (Ellen); and her daughter Joy Lynne Smith (Mark); 5 grandchildren. Peggy was preceded in death by her daughter Chrysa Gulati.
Peggy was devoted and loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She was a member of St. Catherine of Siena Roman Catholic Church and her memory will be cherished by all who loved her.
A visitation for Peggy will be held Tuesday, May 2, 2023 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home, 2950 North Cobb Pkwy, Kennesaw, Georgia 30152. A mass of christian burial will occur Wednesday, May 3, 2023, 11:00 am at St Catherine of Siena, 1618 Ben King Rd NW, Kennesaw, Georgia 30144. Peggy will be laid to rest in Pineridge Memorial Park, 2950 Cobb Pkwy NW, Kennesaw, GA 30152-2606.
