Moving to the united stated in 1979, Mrs. Belotserkovsky was a homemaker who loved to take care of her children, grandchildren and great grandchild. She was very outgoing and protective over her family. She had a big heart and was a beautiful person, she dedicated much of her time to taking care of Ilya. She was proceeded in death by her brother Mark Dubov.

Family will receive friends from 12 till 2 pm Tuesday at Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home in Kennesaw, Georgia. Graveside services will be held 2 pm Tuesday at Pine Ridge Memorial Park.
