Martha Roberts Rich, age 76 passed away on Saturday, December 9, 2023. Martha was born in Dallas, Georgia. Martha's profession was that of a Registered Nurse. She worked at Kennestone, also spent many years at Paulding Hospital working in the recovery room, and finished her career with Lockheed as an Occupational Health Nurse. Martha had a servant's heart and she demonstrated that with the care she provided. Martha was a mom who knew family came first and enjoyed every moment spent with them. She also enjoyed camping, working in the yard, sewing, her dogs, and the trips to Florida (St. Augustine and the Keys). She was loved by many and will be truly missed.
Martha is survived by her sons Tony Rich and Brian Potts; her daughters Jamie Moody (Terry), Jennifer King (Tommy), and Jill Kuykendoll; her brother Doyle Roberts; her sisters Linda Bullock, Wendy Crider and Ann Jones (Kenny); her grandchildren Todd, Trent, Ashley, Hannah, Bailey, Chat, and Dristen and her 8 great grandchildren. Martha was preceded in death by her husband William A. "Bill" Rich; her son William A. Rich; her parents William Barton & Thelma Lee Roberts; her brothers Owen Roberts and James Roberts.
A visitation for Martha will be held Thursday, December 14, 2023 from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm at Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home, Kennesaw, GA. Following the visitation will be a graveside from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at Pineridge Memorial Park, Kennesaw, GA.
