Mary Frances Gooch, passed away July 1, 2025, at the age of 86. She was a loving, devoted wife of 64 years before her husband's passing in 2022. Together they embarked on countless ventures, including the start up of Gooch Movers Inc. in 1970. There she worked as a packer. She performed many jobs including one of her favorites which was for Elton John. Frances found joy in traveling, especially to Florida, She also had many other interests. Frances was strong in her faith and enjoyed being a part of her church choir and joining many church senior trips.
Frances was preceded in death by her husband Carl Gooch, her parents, and all of her siblings.
Frances is survived by her daughter Sherry Rothfuss (Rick), her sons, Dennis Gooch (Nikki), and Eric Gooch (Laurie), as well as her three grandchildren, Krista Cantrell (Bryson), Justin Rothfuss, and Abby Gooch. She also had two great grandchildren, Colton and Easton. She will be dearly missed.
A visitation for Mary will be held Saturday, July 5, 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home, 2950 North Cobb Pkwy, Kennesaw, GA 30152, followed by a funeral service at 2:00 PM.
