Mary Jane Kline Roland

Jane Kline Roland, age 86, of Marietta, Georgia passed away on Wednesday, July 28, 2021. Mary was born March 29, 1935 on a farm near Dayton, Ohio to Richard and Carol Kline. They are both deceased as is her only brother, Jack Kline. She was also preceded in death by her son in law Mark Lowrance.

Jane attended Fairmont H.S. in Kettering and graduated from Ohio State University with a degree in Medical Technology. In 1955 she married her college sweetheart, Ronald Roland, and they were most proud of the family they built together. After working over ten years in the medical field, Jane retired to devote her life to her family which she believed was the most loving contribution of her life. Jane also received her Masters in Counseling from the University of West Georgia.

Jane will be deeply missed and loved always by her best friend of sixty plus years, Ron Roland, and their children: Mark A. Roland (Linda), Deb McLendon (Keith), Amy Lowrance; grandchildren Dr. Jenna McLendon Schroy (Rodd), and Chandler Lowrance, all long-time residents of East Cobb. Also, her constant canine companion, Lilli Girl, will miss her dearly.
