Maryann Clarke, age 66, of Kennesaw, GA, beloved wife, mother, and sister passed away on Wednesday, February 22 surrounded by her family. Maryann was born on August 30, 1950, in Hackensack, NJ, the daughter of the late Richard and Velma Marulli. She graduated from Montclair State University with a Bachelor's degree in math and a teaching certificate. A teacher for 25 years, she made lasting impacts on students and her co-workers. She earned her Masters of Education at Kennesaw State University in 2003. Maryann enjoyed painting, spending time with her family, and exploring gardens.
She is survived by her husband, Glenn Clarke; daughters Emily Logelin (Joshua) and Jillian Clarke; fur baby Cooper; brothers Richard D Marulli (Stephanie), Ronald J Marulli (Betty Lynn), and Daniel G Murulli (Regina), and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 4-8 p.m. on Friday, February 24, 2017, at Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home.
A mass to honor the life of Maryann will be held at 1:30 p.m. in the afternoon on Saturday, February 25, 2017, at Saint Catherine of Siena Catholic Church, 1618 Ben King Rd, Kennesaw, GA 30144, with Father Mark Starr officiating.
Maryann lived an admirable life, and she will be loved and missed by all. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the Cholangiocarcinoma Foundation.
