Mehdi Bastanpour

Mehdi Bastanpour was born December 14, 1932 in Tehran, Iran. After moving to Georgia, he resided in Kennesaw and Woodstock, Ga. Mehdi was a very loving and family oriented man. He was married to his beautiful wife, Mehrangiz Baradaran Vahdat for 70 years. The two shared a beautiful life with one another. He was a devoted father, grandfather, and great grandfather. Mehdi had a love for traveling; he traveled all throughout Europe, but the United States was his favorite. He was an extremely kind person and loved his family and friends. He was a true gentlemen.

Mehdi was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Manuchehr Bastanpour. He is survived by his loving wife, Mehrangiz Baradan Vahdat. He is also survived by his sons, Faribourz (Fred) and wife Denise, Alireza (Alan), and Farshid Baradaran Vahdat and wife Mahin and daughter Zorhreh Bastanpour. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Melissa Wren (Bastanpour) and husband Matt, Jason Bastanpour, Max Bastanpour, Riley Bastanpour, Shima Baradaran, Sherry Baradaran, Ali Kabiri, Ata Javanshir, and Iman Javanshir. He also was blessed to have three beautiful great grandchildren, Cooper Bastanpour, Olivia Bastanpour, and Laila Wren. Mehdi had so many loved ones surrounding him and his legacy shall live through all family and friends forever.
