Michael David Conner

Michael David Conner, 62, of Acworth, Georgia, passed away on June 3, 2026. Born on June 7, 1963, in Louisville, Kentucky, Michael was the son of Madison Odell Conner and Sandra Elizabeth Roby. He lived a life marked by service, resilience, and adventure.

Michael will be remembered for his service to his country in the United States Navy as a Navy Medic, as well as his service to his community through his work as a Paramedic and with the Bartow County Sheriff’s Department. He had a lifelong love for anything that moved fast or slow, including airplanes, motorcycle and sailboats . He also treasured time spent with his family and loved cuddling with beloved furry pet family members. Michael is survived by his father, Odell Conner; his longtime fiancée, Mary Ann Foster; his two sisters, Kathi Conner Heggs and Laurie Wilkinson Minor; and his three nephews, Devon, Nicholas, and Patrick Revard. He was preceded in death by his mother, Sandra Roby Etherton. A memorial service will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to a local animal shelter in Michael’s memory. Michael leaves behind a legacy of service, courage, and a deep love for family, animals, and the freedom of the open road and sky
